Welcome to Tammy’s Inspired Creations! We're thrilled to have you here. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, please take a moment to review our shop policies.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity.

  • Business Hours: We operate Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Payment

  • Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Tammy's Inspired Creations gift cards.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping options across the United States.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the weight and size of your items. Currently, regular items ship at $9 and heavy items ship at $14.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options may be available for faster delivery. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact Tammy once you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • No Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

  • Resolution: We will promptly address any issues with damaged or defective items to ensure your satisfaction. If eligible, we may offer a refund of up to $30 per item and a 10% discount on your next order.

Custom Orders

  • Customization: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Tammy's Inspired Creations gift cards.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full upon order of the item.

  • Approval: We will provide design proofs for approval before finalizing any custom work.

  • Rush Orders: Rush ordered items will have an upcharge of 30% of the original price. If we are unable to accommodate the customer's timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse an order.

Furniture and Large Items

  • In-Person Pickup Only: Furniture and larger items are available for in-person pickup only.

  • Pickup Locations: We will meet in public places within a 50-mile radius of Tammy’s Inspired Creations' in-person store (details on location coming soon).

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped. Please note that this policy may not apply for custom orders.

Privacy Policy

  • Your Information: We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the order process is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties.

Special Closures

  • Holiday Closures: Family is important to us! To allow our team to spend quality time with their families and loved ones over the holiday season, Tammy’s Inspired Creations will be closed from mid-November to mid-January. More specific dates and outlines regarding holiday closures TBD.

  • Holiday Orders: All orders must be placed before the holiday closure and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please note that orders placed around the holiday season may experience slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times.

  • Extended Closure Notices: In addition to the holiday closure mentioned above, there may be occasional extended closures for maintenance, inventory, restock, craft festivals, or other special events. We will provide advance notice of any such closures on our website and social media platforms.
